Many will be aware of the current announcements regarding the iPhone 5, especially the most ardent Apple fans. The question really is: How will the announcement be taken? With a hardware strategy that could be defined as slightly conservative it would seem that some question Apple's ability to remain the market leader in innovative design. With Android and Samsung nipping at their heels Apple needs to ensure they make a very strong impression with the overall presentation or they risk becoming just another player in the long-run.
On another note, Apps and a bit of Facebook. Will the future of Apps be web based or are we destined to keep using native applications? Facebook's shares have been in free-fall with many doubting their ability to develop a substantial revenue stream from their mobile proposition however Mark Zuckerberg remains confident. He also dismisses rumours of a Facebook phone intimating that this would not allow them to benefit from the reach they currently enjoy.
So, will you buy an iPhone 5?
