Mobile Update #23

Michael Vitello's picture

So another hiatus however please be assured we will endeavour to be more vocal, and regular, with our updates in the future. So we start it off with some Apple news followed quickly by a piece on patent lawsuits…apologies couldn’t resist. In all seriousness the news that made the headlines was the recent court decision supporting Apple’s claims against Samsung regarding patent infringements. While not an end all this decision does have serious implications for the smartphone market and is an early warning to all others to take patent disputes very seriously. Speaking of which… Nokia announced a new Lumia 920 with Windows 8 whilst Windows Phones just surpassed BlackBerry's market share!

And last but not least, fat fingers are one of the biggest challenge for Mobile ads… Really? (Yes, one the article below is very serious about it!).
